CANCELATIONS
At Tarot Magic, we deeply value your time, energy, and commitment—and we kindly ask that you extend the same consideration to our team when booking a session.
• Free with more than 24 hours’ notice
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% of the session fee
• Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100% of the session fee
Please note: Your card is securely kept on file at the time of booking. Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be automatically charged.
These policies are in place to honour the energy exchange and ensure fairness to both our clients and practitioners. We appreciate your understanding and support.
EVENTS
Deposit Policy: Event deposits are final sale. Once booked, the deposit secures the date for your event, and refunds will not be issued for any reason.
Event Rescheduling: A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required to reschedule an event. Rescheduling event requests made with less than 2 weeks notice before the event date may not be accommodated, and the deposit will be forfeited.
