Shipping Costs

All shipping costs, including but not limited to delivery charges, handling fees, and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Shipping Methods

 

We offer a variety of shipping methods for your convenience. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Shipping fees will vary depending on the method you choose.

Shipping Time

 

Shipping times are estimated based on the shipping method chosen. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing before your item is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are ordering from outside Canada, please note that international orders may be subject to additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable) so you can track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the shipping carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

 

 

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Tarot Magic is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been shipped. However, if you experience any issues with your package, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added peace of mind.
